Oversee the QA function in Board Manufacturing/ System Integration :-
To co-ordinate customer complaint and to provide recommendation for corrective action.
Work with vendor to ensure zero defects for part delivered
Conduct yearly audits for specific vendors
Work with Production to improve outgoing quality.
To improve work processes and inspector’s productivity.
To generate monthly Quality result report.
Promote awareness of regulatory, customer and other requirements.
Technical Requirements :-
As an SPC champion and is responsible for SPC requirement.
To give technical support on ESD requirement.
To lead a team on quality improvement project.
Minimum discrepancies during audit.
To provide technical training such as SPC, Work processes.
To have knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IPC Standard.
Document Control :-
In charge in the company Website document control.
To ensure the document for QA department is properly file.
Responsible for handling all other QA related matter as and when directed by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related studies.
Min. 3 years of working experience in similar industry.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
