Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing manufacturing performance through innovative machinery rationalization. This role offers the opportunity to leverage automation technologies and improve production processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Machine Engineering team to explore, assess, and implement machinery rationalization initiatives. Develop and maintain a machine/technology roadmap aligned with the objectives of the Manufacturing Division. Propose designs based on rationalization principles, integrating mechanical and electrical control systems. Lead project management efforts, including scheduling, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and reporting. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and maintain compliance with ISO systems. Address technical inquiries that arise during project execution.

Requirements

Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently. Positive mindset and adaptability in a challenging work environment. Proficient communication and presentation skills.
