Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory R&D, materials testing and characterisation.

Develop and optimise materials, formulations and testing methods.

Analyse experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Troubleshoot and optimise manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams.

Operate laboratory equipment while maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards.

Support projects from research and experimentation through validation and commercialisation.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or related disciplines.

Hands-on experience in materials R&D, laboratory testing, formulation or materials characterisation.

Strong analytical, experimental and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.

Good technical communication and documentation skills.

Experience in materials science, polymer chemistry or formulation development is highly advantageous.
