About Us Empress Family Feast is a premium tingkat dinner subscription service serving hundreds of families across Singapore, alongside our newer confinement meal line. We're a fast-moving F&B brand that leans heavily into modern marketing - from AI-assisted content production to campaign work across Meta, TikTok, and XHS. We're looking for someone to join us in-house and help scale content output across our brands.

What You'll Do Produce day-to-day content for social media (XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - photos, short-form video, captions, and scheduling

Execute content within our established creative workflows and brand guidelines, working from direction and prompt systems we've already built

Assist with campaign content (seasonal promotions, product launches, referral program assets)

Capture real, on-the-ground content - kitchen operations, food prep, customer moments - to complement our AI-generated visuals

Support basic photo/video editing and light graphic design (Canva)

Help maintain our content calendar and posting cadence across platforms

Assist with ad creative variations for paid social campaigns

What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field (fresh grads welcome)

Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone or basic camera

Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

Interest in or willingness to learn AI content generation tools (we'll train you on our specific workflows)

Strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently once trained

Bonus: experience with F&B, lifestyle, or food content specifically
