5+ years of Python development

Strong proficiency in Python programming language

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for deploying, managing, and scaling containerized workloads

Experience with Grafana and observability tools (Prometheus, metrics, logs, traces, alerting)

Familiarity with open-source frameworks and libraries relevant to backend and platform development

Familiar with test-driven development methodology

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity)

Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Regular Expressions)

Experience working in Agile methodology (sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospectives, etc.)
