Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the full delivery of electrical works for a major new project in Central Singapore. You will manage the project team, subcontractors, budget, and schedule from inception to handover.

5.5 Days, Permanent Employment

Up to $9,000 p.m + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Drive overall project management, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

Manage engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.

Handle monthly payment claims, variation orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to mitigate site issues.

Manage approvals for MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, and RFIs.

Lead testing, commissioning, OMM handover, and the DLP programme.

Requirement

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of electrical project management experience in construction.

Subcontractor construction background is strongly preferred.

Deep knowledge of HV/LV systems, cabling, switchboards, and transformers.

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD BIM/Revit knowledge is a major plus.
