Position: Technical Manager (Security Systems / ELV)

Location: Outram office and client sites

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Night and weekend work may be required depending on operational requirements.

Salary: Up to $6,500 Basic + Transport Support + AWS + Performance Bonus

Transport Support: Up to $750 for car or $400 for motorcycle, subject to company policy

Main Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Technical Officers supporting security-system service and maintenance operations.

Plan manpower, service schedules and resources to meet customer commitments.

Manage daily maintenance, fault-response and troubleshooting activities.

Liaise with customer representatives regarding technical and maintenance matters.

Monitor service progress, response requirements and completion timelines.

Troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and integrated security systems.

Support system configuration, programming and third-party integration where required.

Manage customer expectations and resolve escalated technical issues.

Maintain service quality, technical documentation and operational standards.

Support technical activities outside normal working hours when required.

Requirements

Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

At least five years of relevant hands-on experience in physical security systems.

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion detection or integrated security-management systems.

Strong fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience managing customer service or maintenance operations.

Knowledge of system configuration, application programming or third-party integration is advantageous.

Able to support night or weekend technical activities when required.
