Looking for flexible event work

Join our pool of Part-Time Event Crew and support exciting sporting events, lifestyle activations, corporate tournaments, roadshows and experiential campaigns across Singapore.

Perfect for students, freelancers or anyone looking for project-based event work.

Working Hours

Roster-based deployment

Typical shifts include:

Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

(Working hours vary depending on event requirements.)

Deployment Locations

Various locations across Singapore

Responsibilities

Registration and guest check-in

Direct participants and visitors

Queue and crowd management

Event setup and teardown

Assist with event logistics and operations

Support sponsor and brand activation booths

Equipment handling and venue preparation

Crowd engagement and wayfinding

Prize presentation support

General event assistance

Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented

Good communication skills

Responsible and punctual

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Able to work weekends and Public Holidays when required
