What You'll Do

Build and deliver new features and enhancements across trading services using C++, Java and Python

Automate build, test and deployment workflows aligned to DevOps practices

Monitor services, troubleshoot production issues and lead incident resolution torestore stability fast

Improve system performance, latency and capacity through measurement and tuning

Strengthen reliability through better alerting, dashboards and operational runbooks

Modernize architecture toward cloud-centric microservices and platform standards

Partner with sales and trading stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape practical solutions.

What Will Make You Shine

Proven experience building production software in C++ plus Java or Python

Strong background in data structures, algorithms and software design fundamentals

Hands-on experience supporting Linux-based services in production environments

Experience working with distributed systems and microservices patterns

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across code, infrastructure and dependencies

Clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders across locations

Ownership mindset with structured problem-solving and follow-through

Nice to Have

Experience with Kubernetes, Helm and Docker for deployment and operations

Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar event streaming platforms

Experience with observability tooling such as Open Telemetry, Prometheus and Grafana
