Java Team Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement

end-to-end architecture

for enterprise applications.

Design and architect

microservices-based solutions

using

Java/J2EE and Spring Boot .

Architect scalable and maintainable

front-end solutions using React JS .

Design and implement

containerized applications

using

Docker .

Architect and deploy solutions on

OpenShift / AWS Kubernetes .

Implement

Redis caching

and performance optimization strategies.

Establish and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using

GitLab .

Ensure

application security, scalability, performance, and compliance

across solutions.

Define and enforce

architecture and design principles .

Collaborate with engineering, product, security, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

Provide

technical leadership and mentorship

to engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills

12–18 years of overall IT experience , with strong Solution/Technical Architecture experience.

Strong experience in

Full Stack Architecture

and enterprise application design.

Java / J2EE

Spring Boot

React JS

Microservices Architecture

Docker

OpenShift / AWS Kubernetes

Redis / Caching

Git & GitLab

CI/CD Pipelines

Strong understanding of

API design and cloud-native architecture .

Strong understanding of

Application Security

and secure software development practices.

Experience designing

highly scalable, secure, and high-performing applications .
