Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels.
Experience in using insights and data to influence executives.
Prior experience in IT Staffing industry or company.
Prior 2 years of experience working in a KPI driven model to achieve targets.
Prior recruiting experience of Singapore & other ASEAN countries
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
CEI certified preferred.
