Edge Solutions Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Department: Edge Product & Solutions Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

Support the design and delivery of Edge solutions (IoT/OT, building management, energy, etc.).

Provide Edge L3 technical support: troubleshooting, issue follow-up, and ticket management.

Support Edge product work: feature validation, documentation, and coordination with R&D.

Coordinate and follow up across teams (product, R&D, delivery, and customers).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Automation, Electronics, IoT, or a related field.

Familiar with Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, TLS).

Some programming ability.

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude) to support daily work, with a good sense of AI application.

Mandarin proficiency to collaborate effectively with China-based R&D teams.

Strong learning ability, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Singapore Citizen or PR.

Good to Have

Knowledge of IoT/OT protocols (Modbus, MQTT, BACnet, OPC UA).

Basic knowledge of information security (vulnerabilities, hardening, IEC 62443).

Experience with AI/LLM applications or automation scripting.
