Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications in production environments.
Provide production support, incident resolution, problem management, and application maintenance.
Work on Data Engineering and Big Data platforms, including Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
Develop and maintain solutions using Python, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL.
Implement and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines across application and infrastructure environments.
Work with cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
Support and troubleshoot application middleware and messaging platforms, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBoss, IBM MQ, and Apache Tomcat.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve application availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
Work with RAG, LLM, and Generative AI technologies and understand their application within enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.
Participate in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
Take ownership of technical issues and projects, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and increased system reliability.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive issues.
