Up to SGD 5,800

Lead a technical service team responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of integrated security systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and related technologies. This role is suited for hands-on technical professionals who can lead service teams, manage client expectations, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of maintenance commitments.

About the Role The Singapore team is seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee the service and maintenance workflow for security systems while leading a team of service professionals. You will serve as a key technical and customer-facing contact, coordinating resources, managing service activities, resolving issues, and ensuring maintenance commitments are delivered effectively.

What You'll Be Doing Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow for security systems

Lead and coordinate a team of service team members

Act as the frontline contact for clients on service and maintenance-related matters

Prepare service scopes and develop service plans based on customer requirements

Plan resource loading, skill requirements, responsibilities, and service activities

Track service milestones, performance metrics, and maintenance commitments

Coordinate daily client interactions and manage customer expectations

Ensure service and maintenance works progress smoothly and are completed on time

Troubleshoot technical issues and support the resolution of service-related problems

Handle customer concerns and technical escalations professionally

Identify new and creative ways to improve team deployment and service delivery

Provide technical guidance and support to service team members

Maintain an understanding of each client's business, organization, and objectives

Support security system configuration, application programming, and third-party integration where required

Perform a wide range of technical and non-technical tasks to support service operations

Security Systems Experience Hands-on experience with CCTV systems

Hands-on experience with Access Control Systems (ACS)

Hands-on experience with Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

Experience with Integrated Security Management Systems

Experience in security system troubleshooting, configuration, and technical support

Exposure to application programming and third-party system integration is an advantage

Comfortable working with both security hardware and software

Understanding of service and maintenance workflows

What We're Looking For Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline

Relevant working experience in security systems, electronic engineering, technical service, or maintenance

Strong hands-on experience with CCTV, ACS, IDS, and/or integrated security systems

Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating technical/service team members

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Customer service and business-oriented mindset

Strong initiative, adaptability, and ownership

Ability to manage multiple service requirements and priorities

Team player who can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technology savvy with good understanding of hardware and software

Preferred (Added Advantage) Experience with security system configuration and application programming

Experience integrating security systems with third-party platforms

Experience managing service and maintenance contracts

Strong client-facing and technical support experience

Experience in resource planning and service team coordination

Knowledge of integrated security solutions and security management platforms
