Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

Experience supporting Windows or Linux servers.

Basic understanding of file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTP, FTPS).

Exposure to AWS cloud services.

Strong documentation and coordination skills.

Experience with incident, problem, and service request management using ITSM tools.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

Familiarity with server monitoring and alerting tools.

Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.

Exposure to shell scripting / PowerShell for basic automation and administrative tasks is an advantage.
