ETS (Electronic Trading Systems) Support Engineer

We are seeking a ETS (Electronic Trading system) Support Engineer to manage and maintain trading system operations. This is a hands‑on technical role, primarily focused on ETS, with additional responsibilities in IT support, infrastructure, and application support as required to meet team demands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trading Systems Support

Provide support for trading platforms such as

CQG, ATP, TTNG , and other related systems.

Manage system changes, migrations, implementations, and upgrades.

Support internal applications including

Global Risk, Middle Office, and Back Office systems .

Deliver

Dealer Desk support

for complex trading and technical issues, including vendor coordination and escalation.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to trading applications.

Ensure all support procedures are

well-documented and up to date .

2. Internal IT Support

Support

Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

for office systems.

Monitor application processes and ensure system stability.

Provide

end‑user support

for desktops, OS, and business applications.

Manage

user accounts , including domain and email setup.

Support

phone systems and dealer turret systems .

Provide general support for internal applications and

IT infrastructure .

3. New Account Setup & Maintenance

Liaise with Front Office on

new client account setup requirements .

Configure client accounts on front‑end trading platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve account setup issues.

Prepare and distribute

trading platform credentials

to authorized users.

Maintain and update client account information promptly.

Ensure proper documentation for

audit and record‑keeping purposes .

Assist with administrative tasks and process improvements related to account setup.

Requirements & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Computer

Science or a related field.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to

identify, troubleshoot, and escal​ate issues effectively .

Good communication skills with internal users, vendors, and IT teams.

Detail‑oriented, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Able to work in a

high‑pressure, fast‑paced trading environment .

Willing to work

after hours or weekends

when required.

Strong team player with flexibility to support multiple functions.

Basic knowledge of

derivatives and FX trading .

Fundamental understanding of

networking and operating systems .
