Fullstack Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Kafka , with experience building microservices-based solutions, integrating APIs, and working within modern DevOps and cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that are secure, reliable, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React .

Design and implement microservices-based architectures and Kafka-driven event streaming solutions .

Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Deploy and support applications on Azure Cloud using containerized environments.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other engineers in an Agile environment.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Contribute to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.

Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

General Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

5 + years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in cloud and Agile environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills

5 + years of experience in Java development with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot , Microservices Architecture , and Apache Kafka .

Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

Experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.

Knowledge of Docker , Git , and CI/CD pipelines for modern software delivery.

Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases .

Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industry experience.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Experience working with highly scalable, event-driven architectures .

Exposure to application monitoring, observability, and performance tuning tools.
