Job Description
As a Data Analytics (Test Automation) Intern at Aruba (a part of HPE), you will work with a global community of engineers on Ethernet switch systems. You will analyze, modify, and evaluate electronic subsystems, conduct feasibility, design margin, and validation analysis, and perform empirical testing.
Responsibilities
Validate engineering implementations for Ethernet switch systems according to specifications.
Develop and extend coverage of current test automation.
Conduct data analysis and validation work with Python and SQL.
Build automated test scripts to analyze test data and verify requirements compliance.
Automate data collection and aggregation to build reporting dashboards.
Work on independent engineering projects to augment internal work.
Prepare reports and write technical documentation.
Qualifications
Disciplined in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar engineering discipline.
Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficient with Python and SQL.
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong interest in coding, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Passion for technology and ability to learn quickly.
Team‑work spirit and strong communication.
Leadership experience in university or community service.
