Job Summary
Support project delivery by coordinating with teams and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of corporate office fit-out projects, working full-time on-site.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute assigned project tasks effectively
Coordinate communication and activities between project and design teams to ensure alignment
Monitor project progress to meet deadlines, budget, quality standards, and ensure smooth handover
Manage contractors on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components
Work full-time at the job site to oversee daily operations and resolve issues promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Executive in Design & Build or similar environment
Experience in corporate office fit-out projects, including new builds and renovations, with knowledge of MEP systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word familiarity with MS Project is advantageous
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with subcontractors and team members
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to dynamic project demands
Willingness to work full-time on-site
