Quantitative Developer

Job Description

As a Quantitative Developer, you will work closely with quantitative researchers to enhance trading strategies and research workflows. You’ll play a key role in building tools, improving simulation frameworks, and supporting large-scale research initiatives.

Day-to-day:

Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to iterate and improve trading strategies

Develop and maintain Python-based tools for research and analysis

Enhance and optimise simulation and backtesting frameworks

Monitor and maintain quantitative research workflows and jobs

Support global research teams, particularly across APAC regions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency with data and statistical libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or Polars

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

(Desirable, not essential):

Experience with C++ development

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash

Exposure to workflow orchestration or task scheduling tools
