We are looking for a

Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

with

2-3 years of experience

to act as a crucial technical bridge. You will partner closely with three primary stakeholder teams-

Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience

-to scope out requirements, design predictive solutions, and oversee their deployment. From solving high-stakes SKU-level demand forecasting challenges to building smart text-summarization engines for our CRM platforms, your footprints will be all over our growth engine.

about the job

Act as the primary technical point of contact for business leaders. Understand the operational pain points, unpack new business ideas, and translate vague requirements into solid data science project plans.

Drive our traditional prediction and forecasting systems. Solve critical supply chain challenges, predicting exact customer demand and sales patterns down to individual

SKUs and products

.

Partner with Research & Development teams to apply data science to product lifecycles and performance parameters (such as analysing battery life data).

Work with our Customer Experience team to build models that read, profile, and summarise CRM customer interactions, helping us accurately predict customer purchasing behaviour ('what would they buy').

Design reliable pipelines and ensure models are fully scalable, ready for production deployment.

Work side-by-side with a dedicated

MLOps sub-team and IT support network

to seamlessly deploy your models onto our

GCP cloud platform

environment using existing infrastructure tools.

skills and experience required

Holds a

Master's degree or PhD in a STEM field

(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).

2-3 years of hands-on experience

delivering real-world data science models from definition through to implementation.

Proven expertise in

Time Series modelling

and advanced forecasting methods (demonstrated with actual/historical data)

Highly proficient in

Python

and standard machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas)
