Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities Collaborate with residents and community stakeholders to design and implement activities and interest groups within the community space. Engage volunteers and residents to co-create and organize various community initiatives. Support and encourage residents to independently run activities and interest groups. Work together with local leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver community programs and services. Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights about programs and enhance community engagement initiatives. Promote and facilitate resident involvement in appropriate health and social activities, including exercise and volunteer opportunities. Oversee the daily operations of the community space, managing logistics and budgeting effectively. Track attendance and relevant data for evaluating conducted activities.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology) or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in social care, community engagement, or similar. Strong ability to work independently with adaptability and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to engage effectively with community partners and residents. Proven organizational and time management skills along with strong administrative competencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new IT systems.
