Sales Admin & Order Coordinator

Job Description

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support daily operations.

You will handle customer enquiries, request pricing from prospects, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, and ensure accurate processing of orders. You will liaise with Sales and Logistics teams on delivery and manage SKU data entry and customer communications on SKU units. The role requires strong administrative skills, accuracy, and good communication.
