Project Manager – Construction & Building Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Project Manager to oversee building and construction projects from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the whole project lifecycle and coordinate building construction projects from start to completion.

Willingness to travel overseas approximately

10–20%

of the time.

Proven experience in

property management , with the ability to oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately

30–40 properties

across Singapore and overseas locations.

Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are met.

Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Good negotiator with suppliers and contractors on pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

Handle tenant-related matters and ensure good communication and service.

Monitor construction quality, safety, progress, and project deadlines.

Provide reporting progress of the project to management.

About you

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in project management, construction, or building management.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in building and construction projects, including managing the construction of entire buildings.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable using project management software, especially Trello and Microsoft 365 software.

Strong project planning, coordination, and organisational skills.

Excellent negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with suppliers and contractors.

Experience managing tenants and handling tenant‑related issues professionally.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Able to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
