Senior Process Engineer, Defectivity & Yield

Job Description

ASM FRONT-END MANUFACTURING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer, Defectivity, to drive defect reduction across front-end wafer processing.

You will lead investigations, analyze defect sources, and apply DOE and statistical methods to improve equipment performance and product quality. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in semiconductor process engineering, expertise in contamination control, and strong data analytics.
