Handles customer service calls with regard to voice/data inquiries & complaints to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met

Conduct first level technical, corrective & preventive maintenance

Consolidate and maintain patching lists, rack layout, floor plans, test results etc

Prepare, compile and maintain proper documentation for projects

Generate and prepare schematic/floor plan/rack layout/trunking layout plans using computer aided software such as PowerPoint, Excel etc

Generate patching list and check on accuracy

Prepare labels for panels, outlets, patch cables etc.

Requirements

Min GCE 'O' level equivalent, ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields

Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task

A team-player with positive mind-set
