Admin Exec At Tuition Centre

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and service-oriented individual to be one of the key faces of Matt's Education. You'll be at the heart of our centre experience — welcoming students and parents, managing enrolments and enquiries, and ensuring that the centre runs smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

Welcome students and parents and manage front desk enquiries, registrations and enrolments

Respond to parent enquiries and follow-ups in a warm, professional and timely manner

Manage class schedules, student records and administrative matters

Handle enrolment-related payments, refunds and payment records

Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre

Coordinate with teachers to ensure classes and student matters run smoothly

Assist with preparation and organisation of learning materials

Help maintain a welcoming, organised and positive centre environment

About you

Friendly, approachable and service-oriented

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable communicating with parents and students

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

Comfortable with basic administrative and Microsoft Office tasks

Able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend on a permanent basis
