Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Java) (JD#11276)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges.

Mandatory Skill-set

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;

Must have 8+years of experience in software development;

Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java;

Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus);

Production support experience preferred;

Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset;

Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.

Desired Skill-set

Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams;

Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization.

Responsibilities

Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code;

Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements;

Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices;

Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality;

Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes;

Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code;

Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns;

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers;

Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices;

Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
