CLOUD ENGINEER (GCC, AWS, Azure) ️ Cloud Engineer (Client-Facing / Delivery Role)

About the Role Join our Cloud Delivery Team and play a key role in cloud operations, implementations, and customer engagements. You will work closely with clients to deliver, administer, optimize, and support cloud infrastructure while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities Execute daily cloud operations and administration activities

Support cloud implementation projects, migrations, and pilot engagements

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure environments

Ensure configurations meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices

Work with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation

Participate in cloud migration projects using Azure Migrate, CloudEndure, and related tools

Engage with clients during operational reviews and technical discussions

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document incidents within agreed SLAs

Contribute to process improvements and environment optimization initiatives

Preferred Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in Cloud Operations and Cloud Infrastructure Management

Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments

Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

Experience in VM and database migration projects (20+ VMs preferred)

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
