Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities as the positions below:

. Assist in project planning ,scheduling, and coordination

. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

. Prepare and maintain project documents and reports

. Track project progress and update schedules

. Coordinate material orders and deliveries

. Support submission of permits (BCA/HDB)

. Attend site meetings and follow up on action items

. Ensure smooth communication between all parties

. Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3Dor equivalent)

. Interpret design briefs ,sketches, and mark-ups to produce precise drafting outputs

. Develop site plans, grading plans, drainage systems, and infrastructure layouts

. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and coordination

. Revise drawings based on feedback and project changes in a timely manner

. Maintain drawing standards ,file organization, and version control

. Support documentation for approvals, submissions, and construction phases
