Job Requirements

Degree holder

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their application in financial services (e.g., AML, KYC, Compliance, fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation).

Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and data visualization platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Experience in Agile delivery and end-to-end project lifecycle.

Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions

Job Responsibilities

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and ML models to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and enable digital transformation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into ML-driven solutions.

Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics.

Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to design, test, and implement ML models in production environments.

Ensure user stories and technical documentation are clear and actionable for development teams.
