Brief Summary Join a dynamic team where you will dive into the world of trading through an extensive training program. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn market-making techniques and develop effective trading strategies.

Responsibilities Engage in a comprehensive 12-week training module focusing on trading methodologies in both screen-based and over-the-counter markets. Collaborate with senior traders and software engineers to design and implement innovative trading models. Manage risk and oversee trade administration responsibilities. Participate in an interactive environment that encourages the sharing of trading ideas and teamwork. Following the training, demonstrate your skills by managing your own trading book or partnering with experienced traders. Assess performance based on market awareness, collaborative effort, attitude, and task execution.

Requirements Highest level of education is essential. A strong drive for success and the ability to work effectively within a team. Capability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced trading setting. Strong concentration skills and composure in a noisy environment. Familiarity with risk-reward scenarios in gameplay or trading contexts. Experience in competitive gaming is a plus. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, or VBA.
