Job Description

Lions Befrienders Service is seeking a professional to design, pilot, and refine active ageing programmes for seniors. The role will apply human-centred design, research insights, and pilot feedback to develop practical, outcome-based programmes for wider implementation.

The incumbent will translate insights into scalable initiatives that address seniors' needs in a community setting and collaborate with stakeholders to measure impact.
