Wafer BOE Process Engineer — Yield & Quality Driver

Job Description

STMicroelectronics is seeking a detail-oriented Buffered Oxide Etch Wafer Process Owner to lead and optimize the BOE wet etch step for wafer patterning and oxide opening. You will partner with lithography, etch, integration, metrology, yield, and manufacturing teams to maintain process stability and drive improvements.

The role requires a solid background in chemical engineering and at least 2 years in semiconductor wet processing, with a focus on BOE chemistry, wet etch behavior, and process
