Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Monitor daily service delivery and ensure works are carried out as scheduled.

Conduct routine site inspections and maintenance checks.

Support supervision and coordination of contractors.

Maintain and update maintenance records and asset databases.

Support emergency response, activation and service recovery activities.

Assist with preparation of reports, documentation and maintenance records.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher NITEC in Engineering, Built Environment or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Candidates with experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Engineering Services will be advantageous.

Good coordination, communication and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders.
