DESIGN ENGINEER

Job Description

. Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

. Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.

. Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP, interior and civil constriction.

. Evaluate technical proposal submission of subcontractors and vendors.

. Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day's progress, achievements as well as next day's program.

. Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters.

. Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.

. At least minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction sector.

. Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
