Job Description

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Help Desk and Operations Support professional to provide frontline IT assistance and ensure service availability.

You will log incidents, track and escalate as needed, coordinate with third‑party vendors, perform onsite troubleshooting, and support preventive and corrective maintenance. Regular attendance at service reviews and stakeholder meetings will help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
