Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinating activities with general contractors and subcontractors.
Manage the construction phase by supporting the preparation of contractual documents for approvals and submissions.
Identify project construction requirements based on size, scope, and timeline while applying established policies and procedures.
Assess progress reports in relation to contractual terms, managing time, cost, and quality effectively.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and record incidents as necessary.
Verify technical documentation for project handover, ensuring alignment with regulatory and maintenance requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance standards.
Drive continuous improvement by assessing new developments and implementing risk management plans.
Requirements
Recognised Diploma or Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant practical experience, with at least 5 years in Building Projects and Construction Management.
Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent time management and organisation skills, demonstrating a positive work attitude and attention to detail.
