Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans and schedules

Track project progress and update stakeholders on status, risks, and issues

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution

Organize project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items

Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and management

Identify process improvements and assist in implementing best practices

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Engineering, IT or related field

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role will be preferred

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Working Hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (Mon to Fri, Exl. PH)
