DevSecOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

DevSecOps Engineer

to join a dedicated engineering squad delivering a

large-scale, multi-year digitalisation programme for a Singapore public sector organisation

.

You will work across the full engineering lifecycle — from architecture and environment design to deployment, go-live and ongoing optimisation — helping build the secure and reliable delivery foundation behind a complex enterprise platform.

This is a highly hands-on role with strong technical ownership. You will be the squad's

go-to specialist for secure delivery and deployment automation

, with the opportunity to shape CI/CD, security controls and engineering practices across the programme.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the Technical Lead to design

secure, scalable and resilient deployment architectures

.

Design, build and continuously improve

CI/CD pipelines

for application development and releases.

Automate deployment and release processes across multiple enterprise environments.

Embed

security controls, compliance checks and automated quality gates

throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support environment management, release automation and production readiness.

Ensure solutions follow best practices around

security, resilience, availability and operational stability

.

Monitor and continuously improve deployment reliability, security posture and delivery efficiency.

Troubleshoot complex deployment and environment issues across the delivery lifecycle.

Help establish

DevSecOps standards and best practices

across the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience

in DevOps or DevSecOps engineering.

Hands-on experience supporting

enterprise application/platform deployment and release automation

.

Strong experience with

CI/CD tooling, scripting and automation frameworks

.

Solid understanding of

security best practices, vulnerability management and compliance controls

.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments.

Experience designing or improving

end-to-end DevSecOps solutions

, rather than only operating existing pipelines.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with technical leads and cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.
