Responsibilities

Lead the creation, upkeep, and oversight of project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project across multiple projects.

Review contract terms to identify risks, conflicts, and discrepancies propose solutions to mitigate these risks.

Monitor construction programme progress, identify delay events, and assess their impacts.

Manage the preparation, submission, and negotiation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related contractual documents.

Generate detailed progress audits and reports, including S-Curves, KPI productivity, and programming health checks.

Develop baseline schedules encompassing resource and cost loadings.

Prepare commissioning and construction working programmes for various trades.

Formulate recovery programmes and present key strategies for project recovery.

Provide advisory support on post-contract claims, disputes, and litigation regarding programming.

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within construction projects.

Proficient hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path, delay analysis methodologies, and EOT claims preparation.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Team player with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of work execution related to methodology, timeframes, and productivity.
