Job Description

Careers @ Focal Search is seeking a diligent Logistics Administrator with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least three years of marine or offshore experience. You will manage order confirmations, prepare shipment documents, and coordinate with clients, sales, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

You will also handle ERP status updates, packing material orders, and invoicing paperwork while maintaining meticulous records and reports for daily, weekly planning and forecasting.
