Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

. Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.

. Plan and schedule for equipment upkeep and maintenance record including preparing of report.

. Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.

. Carryout any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.

. Experience handling in Pumps and Motors, Aircon system and Mechanical ventilation system and work well as a team.

. Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records.

. Scheduling for preventive maintenance works.

. Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.

. Conduct routine inspection of the premises.

. Site meeting and liaising with client.

Requirements

. Relevant University Degree in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 3 years' experience or relevant Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and equivalent with 6 years' experience

. Class3 license holder will be an advantage
