Data Analyst, Payments

What you'd do:

Collaborate across engineering, accounting, and product teams to analyze billions in payment volume

Translate network specifications into billing models for new and revised network fees

Influence product strategy to minimize network costs across the platform

Monitor and maintain fee accuracy through validation, alerting, and stakeholder education sessions

Automate inefficient operational processes to scale network cost operations

What they want:

4+ years of payments experience at a leading technology or payments company

Proficient in SQL to query relational databases for financial analysis

Experience navigating complex financial systems and solving large-scale technical challenges

Strong financial modeling and diagnostic skills to identify root causes of issues

Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and driving solutions with clear metrics

Nice to have:

Experience working in fast-paced fintech, high-growth tech, or consulting environments

Experience mentoring junior team members in technical and operational skills

Experience with data visualization tools 4+ years of payments experience at a leading technology or payments company
