End User Computing Specialist - Automation & Support

Job Description

AIA is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to maintain and enhance the EUC environment, including desktop, laptop, and mobile support in a financial services setting. You will design automated processes and deploy using SCCM/UEM, coordinating with Group Technology on OS and app updates.

The role requires strong Microsoft tech skills (AD, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune), PowerShell, and a solid networking foundation.
