Job Description

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and stock accuracy.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Manage manpower allocation, ensure compliance with 5S and safety regulations, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Conduct cycle counts, support stock reconciliation, and coordinate with logistics, procurement, and retail teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Prepare and maintain daily operation reports and documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements:

NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role preferred.

Familiar with WMS systems, inventory handling procedures; forklift license is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform shift duties when required.
