Solution Architect

Overview We are looking for a Solution Architect with expertise in translating business requirements into ICT solution architectures, ensuring alignment with organization's overall goals and digital strategy. This role bridges the gap between business and technology, directly impacting the success and smooth functioning of business operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and clients to gather and understand system/application requirements.

Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions including infrastructure architecture, data flow, and system integrations.

Evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and tools aligned with project objectives and digital strategy.

Develop cost models to support different business functions.

Build prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations to validate feasibility and identify issues early.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive implementation.

Identify risks and challenges related to architecture, security, performance, or scalability.

Prepare detailed documentation of architecture, design decisions, and implementation guidelines.

Analyze solution performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Assist project managers with estimating timelines, dependencies, and budgeting.

The Candidate

Minimally 10 years of experience in solution design.

Experience delivering solutions for trading systems.

Proven ability to design solutions across diverse domains, demonstrating a strong generalist skill set.

Proficient in the use of Lean IX tool.

Excellent communicator with ability to present solutions and key concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
