Job Description

Singapore Infrastructure Investments and Construction Group is seeking an HR & Administrative Specialist to lead recruitment, payroll, and policy implementation for a new construction venture. The role requires strong Singapore labour law knowledge and Mandarin-English fluency for stakeholder liaison.

You will maintain HR records, administer benefits, and coordinate training while supporting site operations and vendor relationships in a fast-paced startup setting.
