Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, waste, and manufacturing costs.

Develop and maintain work instructions, process specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation, and production ramp-up activities.

Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Evaluate and implement tooling, equipment, automation, and process improvements.

Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and problem-solving techniques.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SPC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of CAD, ERP/MES, or other engineering software is an advantage.
