Programme Coordinator - AI (Govt)

We are seeking a candidate to support the planning, coordination, governance, reporting, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives. The role will assist the AI Programme Management Office (PMO) in successfully implementing AI Strategy. The role should contribute to productivity improvements by applying AI tools in day-to-day work

Period: 12 months (possibility for renewal)

Location: One-North

Working hour: 830am - 6pm Mon-Fri

Salary: Up to $5500

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination and tracking of enterprise AI programmes and workstreams.

Maintain programme schedules, action trackers, documentation, KPIs, risks and adoption metrics.

Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements, and prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations.

Administer AI tool licences, including user provisioning, licence inventory, utilisation tracking and recovery of underutilised licences.

Support users on AI tool access, policies and procedures, and maintain relevant FAQs, SOPs and user guides.

Assist with AI-related procurement activities, including submissions, business justifications, tender evaluations and vendor coordination.

Track vendor contracts, project deliverables, milestones, budgets and performance.

Support cost allocation, chargeback and other AI tool financial administration activities as required.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Policy, Project Management or related field.

Preferably

2-5 years' experience

in programme/project management, PMO, business operations, consulting, digital transformation or technology-related roles.

Experience coordinating

cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders

is advantageous.

Strong

project management, organisational and reporting skills .

Proficient in

Microsoft 365 , particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Familiarity with

project governance, risk management, dashboards and performance reporting .

Understanding and practical use of

AI/Generative AI tools and digital transformation

is an advantage.
